Аbstract
Despite the high scientometric indicators of journal, publishing house INFRA-M decided to move magazine of WAC from paper to an electronic version of the publication because of its unprofitability. That is, due to the fact that there is a negligible number of subscribers: the minimum number when the ROI is 70, and has only 23. Here we show some results in scientometric terms, reached the magazine, as well as overcoming the existing difficulties for its paper version.
