Geometrically accurate 3D animation of kinematic surfaces

Аbstract

Methodology for creating animated files of kinematic models in AutoCAD package is considered. Each animation frame is the result of geometrically accurate calculation performed with the use of AutoLisp programming language. Algorithms for designing realistic 3D models of ruled kinematic surfaces are given. A presentation file consisting of six animations of the specified models is included. The article is intended for educational process of the Graphics Departments.
