This article reviews the content and organizational and methodological support of student's learning activity in engineering graphic grounding implemented in "De-scriptive geometry" course of Novosibirsk state university of architecture and civil engineering (Sibstrin). Full-time students' opinion about the significance of different factors for the success in learning the subject has been analyzed. The author presents students' estimation of reasonability, complexity and learning level for particular units of "Descriptive geometry" course.
